Yes. As standard we hand the home over broom clean, the usual handover condition in the Netherlands, so you can pass it straight on to the landlord, the estate agent or the new occupant. On request we can also arrange an additional final clean. Whatever you need, we agree clearly with you in advance.

We sort the contents carefully. Usable items are given a second life where possible through a second-hand shop or a donation; the rest we remove responsibly and separated, in line with the applicable environmental rules. Valuable and personal items are always set aside and discussed with you.

That is not necessary. Once the key and the arrangements have been handed over, we carry out the clearance independently and keep you informed along the way. Would you rather be there? That is of course perfectly fine too.

Yes. We regularly carry out clearances for professional clients such as estate agents, social housing associations, court-appointed administrators and local authorities. We work with clear agreements, one point of contact and tidy invoicing, so that the handover runs smoothly.

We do not remove asbestos ourselves; only a certified contractor is allowed to do that. During the survey we point out what looks suspect, for example old floor panels or panels around a boiler. We then schedule the clearance directly after the removal work, so you do not have to arrange two separate projects one after the other.
