These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, agreements and work of Nova Woningontruiming, established in Bodegraven (Chamber of Commerce 82891664).
1. Quotes
All quotes are without obligation and are based on the information provided by the client. A quote is valid for the period stated in it, or failing that for 30 days.
2. Formation of the agreement
The agreement is formed at the moment the client accepts the quote, or at the moment Nova starts carrying out the work.
3. Carrying out the work
Nova carries out the work to the best of its insight and ability. Any periods stated are indicative, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The client arranges access to the home or premises.
4. Prices and payment
The agreed price is set in advance. Additional work not included in the quote is discussed with the client beforehand. Payment is made within the period stated on the invoice.
5. Valuables and personal belongings
Valuables and personal belongings are set aside and handed to the client or to the family. The client indicates in good time which items are to be kept.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation must be passed on as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation at short notice, costs already incurred may be charged.
7. Liability
Nova is insured and carries out the work with care. Liability is limited to the amount paid out by the insurer in the case concerned, or otherwise to the invoice amount.
8. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure, Nova may suspend performance without being liable for any compensation.
9. Complaints
Complaints can be reported within a reasonable period at contact@novawoningontruiming.nl. We will look for a suitable solution together.
10. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
